Via ferrata Dolomites
The most beautiful via ferrata Dolomites of Latemar and Rosengarten|Catinaccio. Participate on some of the most beautiful via ferrata Dolomites in the Rosengarten|Catinaccio and Latemar from June to mid-October. Together with a mountain guide of the Alpine School Rosengarten we offer a unique experience.
The via ferrata Dolomites consists of a trail climbing up the mountains with some security features such as an iron wire, nails, ladders, bridges and other aids. Without these artificial aids one must have climbing skills and good preparation in order to access the rock.
In addition to safely hike|climb on a via ferrata Dolomites, some security equipment including a helmet, a belt, a rope and carabiners are essential. These aids are provided by mountain guides in a guided setting booked ahead. The equipment for the mountain instead, such as boots, backpack, thermal and waterproof clothing, as well as food supplies.
Normally a via ferrata Dolomites takes fos a day and covers an elevation difference of up to 1000m of elevation difference.
The Alpine School Rosengarten offers routes of easy to advanced difficulty.
